Đi ăn cơm tấm Đề Thám mà hàng cơm tấm đóng cửa đi bộ một đoạn ra đầu Bùi Viện gặp xe bánh mì nướng thịt trực tiếp thơm lừng.. Mình gọi bánh mì bò nướng + 1trứng lòng đào ( giá 40k tháng 8/2026 ) ..Bánh mì giòn..thịt nướng được tẩm ướp đậm đà khá ok nhưng hơi ít loại đồ chua hay đồ ăn kèm khác để lựa chọn..dùng maggi & tương ớt ngọt kiểu hơi công nghiệp rưới lên bami ..Nên mua take away vì ko có chỗ ngồi ăn hơi bất tiện.. Nói chung ở mức rẻ so với phố Bùi Viện đắt đỏ & chất lượng tạm ok.. 8/10đ thôi do kiểu street food thì chưa được vệ sinh lắm, ng bán chưa đi găng tay dùng tay ko trực tiếp cầm bánh mì để cắt..

definitely of the best Banh mi I've eaten! just happen to see this while walking back to my hotel, you'll see two different push carts selling banh mi but you would want to go to the cart which is always smokey! i can taste the smokeyness in the meat which makes it very interesting! portion is also reasonable for the price. Would definitely eat this every night before I leave the country🥺😭

Best Bánh mì ever!!

Hands down… the BEST bánh mì we’ve had in four months travelling around Vietnam. And that says everything. This is a small roadside stall just before you reach Walking Street — no fancy storefront, no big setup, just simple and local. But this is where the magic happens. The first time we came, we queued for 25 minutes. And honestly? Completely worth it. Other days we’ve come back and only waited about five minutes, so it really just depends on the time and the crowd. Either way, we’d wait again without hesitation. Everything is made right in front of you. You watch the baguette being sliced open, the fillings layered in, the fresh herbs and crunchy vegetables added generously. The bread is unbelievably fresh — crispy and golden on the outside, soft and airy inside. That first bite has the perfect crunch before giving way to warm, fluffy goodness. The flavour balance is unreal. Savoury meats, creamy pâté, fresh herbs, pickled veg with just the right tang — every element works together perfectly. Nothing soggy, nothing overwhelming. Just pure, perfectly built bánh mì. We loved it so much that every single time we went to Walking Street… we had one before. And then another after. Zero regrets. And the best part? After people get theirs, they don’t even walk far. Everyone just stands nearby taking that first bite — and you see the exact same reaction on every face. That look of “this is SO good.” No frills. No hype. Just exceptional street food done right. Hands down the best bánh mì in Ho Chi Minh City. If you see a queue — join it. It’s worth it every single time. 🥖🔥
