BÚN BÒ HUỂ - MÌ QUẢNG NHẬT VY

If you’re looking for authentic Vietnamese food, this place is an absolute gem! The Bun Bo Hue and Mi Quang are both delicious fresh, flavorful, comforting, and with that wonderful homemade taste you hope to find when eating locally in Vietnam. I ended up eating here almost every morning for two weeks! I tend to have unpleasant reactions to foods with a lot of MSG, so I’m usually very careful about where I eat. I’m not sure exactly what seasonings the owner uses, but I was so happy that I never experienced any reaction after eating here, even after returning again and again. That gave me a lot of comfort, especially since I was worried about finding places where I could eat regularly during my stay. I also really appreciated the little details, including the fresh filtered water and tea. Everything feels thoughtfully prepared and cared for. But what makes this place especially memorable is the owner. She is so sweet, kind, generous, and welcoming. After coming back so many mornings, it became more than just a place to have breakfast. It became one of those little places that made my time in Vietnam feel special. Wonderful food, genuine hospitality, and a truly kind owner. This is a local gem that deserves to be discovered and supported. I will definitely return whenever I come back to Vietnam. ❤️ Highly recommended!
