GoogleI wanted to share a complete and honest review of this venue.(1) the onset of the visit was brightly lit, well decorated and seemed inviting. (2) the servers were a little less inviting. My cousin had asked for ice and one sever blatantly said there are no ice available what type of restaurant is establishment does not have or offer ice? Come to find later they did have ice and that they brought my vodka on ice. (3) the food was mediocre at most. Well garnished, beautifully set, but lacked flavor in all aspects compared to other neighboring restaurants. (4) finally... we asked where their bathroom facilities were and they sent us down the block to another venue that asked us to go to a third venue to be able to use the bathroom. They own 4-5 other places all decorated with the same colors and lanterns. Have we never had this experience with other restaurants i Bui Vien. A bit disappointing but I hope that they'll see this review and improve for visitors and natives alike.
